Hello Lbain. The F31 code indicated a shorted probe. We recommend to reset the range by disconnecting the power to the appliance for up to 30 seconds. This will clear most false codes. You can disconnect power by either unplugging the range or flipping the circuit breaker off and back on. If the code returns, please contact us directly. ~ Anna
