“Oven light on control panel? Does this range have an oven light on the control panel or switch somewhere on the range to turn on the oven light to look at your food so you don't have to open the oven to check on cakes/pies, etc. while it's cooking? That was one thing I hated about my last range. None of the pictures on any site have a close enough view of the controls and I can't find it in any store.”

Yes, it does. Upper left surface of of the control panel has a switch for the internal light.
