“My window opens only 13-3/4" high...will this fit? I am concerned if this unit will fit my window dimensions of 13-3/3" high x 24-1/4" wide.”

We apologize for the delay in response to your question. This model will fit in to a window that is 13" high. Required window minimum width is 23", and maximum width is 36".
