Hello tmonty! If the power light is displaying on the chest freezer (FFFC07M1QW) it may be a sign that the freezer is not operating. We would recommend performing a reset on the freezer in order to help clear out any miscommunication. The ice within the freezer may be forming due to condensation within the freezer from it not cooling. If you continue to experience issues with the freezer we would recommend contacting us directly.
