“It says before you plug it in you’re supposed to be able to do the power on the water there’s no power that’s going to the pump to do the water do I have to plug it in first and then press the water indicator”

Place the water bottle on the bottle support and connect the pumping rod. Plug the unit into a 120V AC power outlet. The pump should come on. Press the cold water dispenser (without turning on the cold water switch) and room temperature water should eventually flow out of the tap. Press the hot water dispenser (without turning on the hot water switch) and room temperature water should eventually flow out of the tap. Once water flows from both hot and cold taps, turn on the Hot and Cold switches.
