A:AnswerPlace the water bottle on the bottle support and connect the pumping rod. Plug the unit into a 120V AC power outlet. The pump should come on.
Press the cold water dispenser (without turning on the cold water switch) and room temperature water should eventually flow out of the tap.
Press the hot water dispenser (without turning on the hot water switch) and room temperature water should eventually flow out of the tap.
Once water flows from both hot and cold taps, turn on the Hot and Cold switches.

A:AnswerIf you have a full bottle of water connected and the unit is plugged into a power outlet the unit will pump water from the hot and cold water outlets. Do not turn on the compressor (for cold) or the heater (for hot) until water flows from the hot and cold water outlets.
A:AnswerYou have to allow the unit to fill the hot and cold tanks with water before the compressor and/or heating element are powered on.
Plug the unit in after installing a water bottle. The pump should come on to fill the hot and cold tanks. Once the tanks are full, water will come out of the hot and cold taps.
Once you have eliminated the air in the tanks (and they are full of water), turn the hot and cold switches on the unit to the "on" position.
A:AnswerYes the instructions are absolutely horrible and when calling customer service you're told to wait 2 to 3 days for a call back.
All I did was put the rod inside the water bottle and then I did plug in the power cord. The exact opposite of what the instructions say, and I held down the hot water button and heard some noise go on until eventually water came out. Still working on trying to get the hot water to actually be hot but at least water is coming out now
