Press the cold water dispenser (without turning on the cold water switch) and room temperature water should eventually flow out of the tap. Press the hot water dispenser (without turning on the hot water switch) and room temperature water should eventually flow out of the tap. Once water flows from both hot and cold taps, turn on the Hot and Cold switches.

Q: My water cooler keeps saying it’s empty when the bottle is full.

A: If you have a full bottle of water connected and the unit is plugged into a power outlet the unit will pump water from the hot and cold water outlets. Do not turn on the compressor (for cold) or the heater (for hot) until water flows from the hot and cold water outlets.
A: You have to allow the unit to fill the hot and cold tanks with water before the compressor and/or heating element are powered on. Plug the unit in after installing a water bottle. The pump should come on to fill the hot and cold tanks. Once the tanks are full, water will come out of the hot and cold taps. Once you have eliminated the air in the tanks (and they are full of water), turn the hot and cold switches on the unit to the "on" position.
A: There are separate hot water and cold water switches on the top rear of the unit. Turn these switches off to turn the power off.

Good looks, easy to use and convenient. Cold water is less colder than other water dispenser though.

I have to pour water into a gallon container, then place it in the refrigerator. The instructions are not well written to understanding. Cup size requirement is not listed. Very disappointed with this Frigidaire product.
