Q: It says before you plug it in you’re supposed to be able to do the power on the water there’s no power that’s going to the pump to do the water do I have to plug it in first and then press the water indicator

A: Place the water bottle on the bottle support and connect the pumping rod. Plug the unit into a 120V AC power outlet. The pump should come on. Press the cold water dispenser (without turning on the cold water switch) and room temperature water should eventually flow out of the tap. Press the hot water dispenser (without turning on the hot water switch) and room temperature water should eventually flow out of the tap. Once water flows from both hot and cold taps, turn on the Hot and Cold switches.

Q: We accidentally bent the metal tube, drastically reducing the feed from the water bottle up to the hot and cold tanks. Do you know where to get a replacement?

A: For parts and warranty support, please visit https://www.curtisint.com/product-support, email [email protected] or call 1-800-968-9853.

Q: My water cooler keeps saying it’s empty when the bottle is full.

A: Hello Bert, we appreciate your feedback and would like to apologize for your recent experience with the Frigidaire - Bottom-Loading Freestanding Water Cooler/Dispenser with Cup Storage. We pride ourselves on our high-quality standards and regret that our product did not live up to your expectations. Q: At set up, to clean, when pressing the hot and cold nothing is happening. It is supposed to run water. Any ideas why it wouldn’t?

A: If you have a full bottle of water connected and the unit is plugged into a power outlet the unit will pump water from the hot and cold water outlets. Do not turn on the compressor (for cold) or the heater (for hot) until water flows from the hot and cold water outlets.

Q: When setting up the unit it says the first time you set it up you’re supposed to push the hot and cold button without turning on the plug but when you don’t turn on the plug you don’t get any power to turn the machine on

A: You have to allow the unit to fill the hot and cold tanks with water before the compressor and/or heating element are powered on. Plug the unit in after installing a water bottle. The pump should come on to fill the hot and cold tanks. Once the tanks are full, water will come out of the hot and cold taps. Once you have eliminated the air in the tanks (and they are full of water), turn the hot and cold switches on the unit to the "on" position.

Q: The instructions say not to turn off and on by taking out the cord but I don’t see any on off button. Is there one

A: There are separate hot water and cold water switches on the top rear of the unit. Turn these switches off to turn the power off.
