Q: Hi! Is there an option to shut off the hot function? I cannot find a cooler that ONLY cools!
A: Yes it’s in the back of the machine and there’s a separate hot water only toggle on top of the machine.

Q: Can it support a 5 gallon glass bottle (16 lbs) or only plastic bottles?
A: Hi, We would not suggest using a glass bottle with this unit has it can become too top heavy and fall over.
