I have the Water dispenser Top product, can I reuse the primo water bottles I bought again? Can I take off the plastic top to fill it up and then place them on the dispenser, Even though there is a hole in the middle?
Answered by AnonymousThis was my struggle. It made no sense. So the answer is; were not suppose to leave cap onto jug. I done it a few times & keep thinking this cant be correct so I done research & use a piece of plastic cut to size to fit where cap went, wrap an elastic around mouth to keep it tightly in place then put on water machine. Mines a top load prime as well.
I have a a.top loading primo water dispenser, I'm not using the cold or hot, does it still need to be plugged in?

Is there a certain type of peimo water jug besides it being 5 gal. I've seen in the pic on the box a green cap mime is white. I'm confused plz tell me I didn't just buy the wrong jugs 2 to be exact
