How quiet is the exhaust fan? null

It isn't. But, it's powerful -- which is what most people want from an exhaust fan. There isn't much difference between the High, Medium, and Low settings either. Ours vents out the top of the microwave, not direct-vented to the wall or attic, which may or may not affect how noisy it is.
