“After heating up something for 3 minutes or so when I open the door a ton of steam comes out, I thought there was a fire inside. In additional the turntable glass is red hot and sometimes moisture on it,,..anyone having this issue?”

No. In fact very little moisture inside. Maybe if you put a cover over the item (the ones with vent) it might do it more. My small older counter type is doing that more and more. But not this big one. In fact no dirt or food anywhere and the glass plate not hot. The plate is. So it is working. I think you are using too much time. It’s very fast microwave. More than you think for 1,000 watts. My 1250 counter one seems slower than this one. That is over 10 years old.
