“When the microwave vent fan is on, we can hear the fan speed fluctuates, it's speeding up and down routinely. The buzzing noise is consistent but air flowing sound fluctuates( Even when there's no heat source from outside the microwave, no cooking)”

Double check to make aure the vent flap is able to open freely.

The sound cooling fan sounds such as: Humming sound-This can be the normal behavior and can be heard throughout cooking cycle and after oven is shut off. This can take between 30 -60 mins. Rattling sound- This type of noise can be heard when there is a loose connection. Please check connection.
