QuestionI have a 15 and 3/4 by 27 inch opening framed by molding that used to contain a built-in microwave. I would like to get rid of the molding. Would this microwave along with the framing kit work for this situation? Thanks.

- Answer Hello, Susan. The recommended cut out dimensions for this product are as follows: 16-7/8” Height, 24-4/5” Width, and 20” length. - Answer Trim kit is not included in price. I ordered both the microwave & kit at Best Buy. Trim kit was 116.99 / microwave 334.99. I use Best Buy rewards to reduce cost more. Best Buy delivery handling of items is superior to others = less damaged merchandise

QuestionJust recently purchased one.....but I cannot find a way to defrost my breakfast sandwiches by time....it says defrost 90 secs....it only does weight....how do I change to a timed defrost?

QuestionI have a 2.2 GE profile that no longer works. Its dimensions are very similar - 14 x 24 1/8 x 19 3/4. Can this one be used to swap out the GE, without having to replace my trim kit? (The GE has been nothing but trouble and lasted all of 3 years)
