Hi valued consumer, you cannot just drop this built‑in microwave into a 24″ lower cabinet opening and expect it to fit flush. The unit is slightly wider than 24″, and the installation requires a larger cut‑out (about 24¾″ wide and taller than the unit) to properly install and ventilate.
