QuestionCan the icemaker be unplugged and or removed from fridge? Also can ice maker be turned off?

- Answer Hey there, Steelers2019! Thank you for your inquiry. You are able to turn the ice maker off with the ice maker on/off option on the display; which toggles the ice maker in the refrigerator compartment “ON” or “OFF”. Also, raising the wire signal arm on the ice maker for the freezer shuts it off, while lowering it turns it on. However, we are not showing that you are able to remove the ice maker. QuestionMy new Frigidaire fridge has a fuzzy display

- Answer The display on mine isn’t fuzzy but it’s far from perfect. The control buttons are not illuminated which makes it pretty useless in the dark. Also, there are only small LED dots to indicate cubes/ crushed/water, so dispensing what you want at night is a crapshoot. I can live with it, because once the controls are set, they’re rarely used, but I wish they put more thought into the display.
