I just got mine and as yet we have had no problems. After 5 mo. I assume you have changed the air filter and may vacuumed under the unit and abound the compressor., that was the problem with my OLD fridge.

Firstly, try to locate the air vents inside the appliance and make check that nothing is blocking the cold air flow. Secondly, we need to check if the cabinet is sealing properly. Could you open the door, place a dollar bill on the cabinet, and close the door? When you pull the dollar bill out can you feel any resistance? If no resistance, the gasket isn’t sealing properly. You can try to pull it off and put it back on to see if that adjust it enough to seal. If the cooling issue persists, we’d love to help further!
