Hello, Indigo. Thank you for your question. I understand your concern of checking for the sabbath mode feature. I will be more than happy to assist. The model FGHB2868TF does have sabbath mode. Sabbath Mode is turned ON and OFF by simultaneously pressing and holding both the “∨” and “+” for five seconds. The display shows “Sb” while in Sabbath mode.
