- Answer Hello, Mimi. The model FFIC3026TB has a 6" size front left element, while the FGIC3066TB has a 7" size front left element. Also, the amperage for the model FFIC3026TB 30.0 / 29.8 and the model FGIC3066TB has the amperage of 35.0 / 35.1. QuestionMy cutout is from a GE 28 1/2 x 19 5/8 and have read conflicting numbers from different sites on size of cutout needed. Can you tell me if this unit will fit? Thanks, Tom

QuestionWhy does the specs say Amps @ 240 Volts is 35.1 Amps but minimum Circuit Required is 30 Amps? If I have a 35 Amp breaker can I use this cooktop?

QuestionWhen I use the two elements on the right, I hear a loud pulsing sound instead of the constant sound that comes from using just one. Do I need a repair? If so, how do I do that? What are the details of my warranty on this product?

- Answer Hi, Eric! It is normal for there to be some reverberating sound when two elements are activated simultaneously; both the pans are magnetized and may bounce off each other a bit. You may reduce the noise by moving the pans further apart or using diagonal burners.
