A:AnswerTechnically, yes, you can grab ice from the bin. Although you do have to pull the bin out to get access to the ice. You would want to be careful pulling it out, if you drop the bin, there would be a lot of ice that will go everywhere.

A:AnswerIt is in the upper left-hand portion of the refrigerator side. The holder slides out, although I'm not certain which way you are supposed to put the filter. There are only two ways it will go in, but the instructions don't clarify if the cloth(?) filter portion should be closer to the refrigerator wall or if it should be closer to the interior.
