No to both, bottom is storage only. The oven section is a all-in-one for baking, broiling and preparing items that require the use of the stove's oven. This stove's oven for broiler does work like the old style traditional standard stove with an oven and broiler section. Its amazing how it will function as a broiler when used. Did not see or was aware of a warmer feature for this convection oven.
