“How quickly do the burners respond when a pot is boiling over? I've only had gas stovetops and would want something that responds quickly, unlike electric burners where you have to remove the pot from the burner to get it to stop boiling over.”

The initial power mode can bring a full pot of water for spaghetti for 4 to a boil faster than a coil poke gas range. It is frankly remarkable.
