If you adjust the feet to their absolute highest point, then it will sit flush with a 36" countertop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no it does not. My counters are 36# high and there is very little difference in the height. Please note there may be a slight gap between counter tops/cabinets it has to have room to slide stove out. I have found that unless your cabinets / countertops are exact plumb and level you will see a gap. I know this first hand with mine, I knew my cabinet was not level when my drawer sometimes would not close all the way unless I helped it along.
