Hi there, our valued customer! Model number GCFE3060BF is stainless steel, and improper cookware may break due to sudden changes in temperature. Check the cookware manufacturer’s recommendations for cooktop use. -Christian

Please try again later.I would recommend a company called circulon. we received a free set of circulon cookware to go with our induction cooktop from a different manufacturer which I will not name here. that range was not anything like the Frigidaire gallery that I currently own but it did have an induction cooktop. the cookware is quite pricey though but I've had this set for about 8 or 9 months and it's some of the best cookware I've ever used. it cleans up easily even with burnt on residue.
