Yes, there is sufficient lighting inside plus the wide door allows for extra room lighting to be reflected. The adjustable legs give you the height you require for your space.

There is no interior light (Typically not necessary in a compact fridge). The refrigerator is 32.80 inches high. Note - the unit is designed for free standing installation only and is not designed to be recessed or built in. Allow 5 inches of space between the back and sides of the unit for proper ventilation.
