“Why do the specs say "no freezer", when there is obviously a freezer section at the top in the pictures?? Frustrating when looking for a fridge that doesn't waste space on a crappy, useless pseudo-freezer.”

Hi Pjangert - the unit has a small chiller compartment that is primarily designed to be used for the short term storage of frozen foods.
