You can contact Best Buy directly, or go to the chrome page and type product brand name.com to ask site questions. They're constantly changing IP addresses. If you were fortunate enough to purchase The Geek Squad warranty contact them directly and they will rapidly resolve your issue I promise! Good luck.

Best Buy has no idea that their link is not working. I spent 3 hours on the phone with them today and no resolution. Supposedly this has been escalated, but customer service still acts like nothing is wrong.
