The film most likely got stuck. You'll have to open the panel and remove the film cartridge carefully, and then you can gently wiggle the stuck film out. Oh, and make sure that you put the film cartridge back in correctly, because sometimes when you put it in incorrectly you'll have issues like that. That happened to me lol
