• A:Answer My best guess would be that if it is an exclusive pre-order, specific stores have a cap on the total of exclusives released. Once the cap is reached, the product is sold out before its release date. I've encountered this issue many times. I try to monitor trade sites for new products and jump on pre-orders as soon as possible.
