It has a long usb cord which can be plugged into a cigarette lighter and attached to the windshield with sticky tape located on the round mounting unit. It rotates on the mounting unit so you can adjust what the camera is looking at.

The Dash Cam X110 attaches to the windshield using an adhesive mount, and power is then ran to your vehicle's power outlet.
