“My Nuvi 255W is no longer working properly. When I start to enter a city, it goes automatically to a wrong city.. I called Garmin and the rep suggested downloading Garmin Express and purchasing a SD card. these measure have not helped. What do I do?”

• Garmin customer service is atrocious. It has been for years. We only use the Garmin when in rural areas with bad cell phone service.
