• Mine would not turn on when connected to a wall outlet USB charger, even after being connected for hours. It turned on nearly immediately when connected to my 12 volt lighter outlet in my vehicle. I believe a Garmin Nuvi that did the same thing..

• Connect the device to a power with the vehicle power cable or an AC adapter. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Once the device powers on I would suggest fully charging the battery.
