Please try again later.Heavyhauler, yes I have tried multiple power sources that I checked with other devices as well to make sure the power source was working and the GPS still would not charge. The GPS power cord will actually light up when connected to a power source but is not outputting any power to turn on or charge the GPS. Which is why I'm thinking it's something with the actually device itself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.KRYSTAL, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. TURNED OUT THE POWER SOURCE I WAS USING IN MY TRUCK WAS BAD. THINK ABOUT IT. IF YOU HELD THE CORD A CERTAIN WAY IT WOULD WORK TRY IT IN A DIFFERENT POWER SOURCE. I HOPE THIS WORKS OUT FOR YA.
