• Yes. Page 12-13 in manual. not hard to set up. Just pair phone to your GPS.

• You can make and receive phone calls easily. Just have to download Garmin Drive on your phone and then connect your phone to the GPS. When connected, incoming calls will be sent to the GPS and to make calls, you can either directly dial from your phone or say "OK Garmin" and then say the number or say "call Mom" for example. I've made and received several calls in the last couple of days.
