• Yes. This GPS can find physical addresses by using LATitude and LONGitude coordinates in either decimal degrees (ex: 45.1234°) or Degrees, Minutes, and Seconds format (example: 23° 45' 12.1342"). I don't know if it does decimal minutes (ex: 78° 34.8765'). Hope this helps!

• Yes it can find physical address by LONG and LAT (Longitude and Latitude) coordinates; but, do what it recommends: either in decimal degrees or D°M'S".xxxxx format. Also watch the direction you're inputting: +E/-W for LAT and +N/-S for LONG [I think??]. Hope this helps!
