“Good day, I am looking for a Garmin that I can upload a driving route to that is created in http://optimap.net/ via the Garmin Communicator Plugin. Does this GPS unit accept this? If not, which one's do? Thanks!”

At this time none of the Garmin Automotive GPS devices are compatible with this program.
