• You can try to use the cord from your cell phone and see if it will plug in to your GPS and the usb port on your computer if not you will have to go back to where you purchased your GPS and buy a cord for it

• Check the Best Buy website or the manufacture's website to see what is included in the box. If the cable was to be included inform Best Buy. If not, for a Garmin GPS, the ones I have owned, it uses a USB A to USB Mini-b cable.
