The pre-loaded red-light database will continue to stay active on your device however, the number and locations of red light and speed cameras around the world is ever-changing. You will need a subscription to keep database up to date. With a subscription, your Garmin device is linked to the Cyclops database, which is maintained daily and contains information about fixed red light and speed cameras.
