Yes you can. I tried it this morning. Sometime it is a little finicky. With the phone app and Bluetooth together you can also enter on your phone and it will show up on your GPS. With the voice activation while driving you can also do a voice search for places like gas or hardware store or a certain name of a store. It gets the traffic from your phone and Bluetooth to your GPS it is really a great unit. The only thing I don't like about it my previous garments would show you more than one item like it is he cannot show arrival time distance to location and time remaining two location on the navigation screen. But you can quickly change that on the screen to whichever one you want. I have been really happy with the unit so far.
