Is this GPS is good for truck? null

Yes, my husband uses it in trucks.

I'm not sure why it wouldn't be. I don't drive a truck (pick-up style or tractor trailer) so I don't have first hand experience with the Garmin while driving a truck. FYI, this replaced another Garimin that was 6 - 7 years old and the added features and functionality are light years ahead of my old beloved Garmin (it would lose power and I finally I couldn't finagle it to work again - I think the power cord went bad).
