“Does it monitor heart blood pressure or another one?”

• It only monitors heart rate not blood pressure, but it does monitor pulse oxygen and respiration. Very accurate with these, but you need an inflatable arm or wrist cuff to measure BP. No smartwatch has that capability.

Also, the fēnix® device has a wrist-based pulse oximeter to gauge the peripheral saturation of oxygen in your blood.
