You will be able to track cycling as well as crossfit, however, the former will not be in a sport profile titled "crossfit". -Blake with Garmin
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has an sport profile for biking and does really well for that. As for crossfit, you would have to use the "other" profile to record it. I have never done that, but others have complained about the heart rate accuracy for such activities as crossfit or weight lifting, but that is common with all wrist heart rate watches. You can attach a chest strap to the watch and get very accurate readings regardless of your activity though.
