• I don't think this watch will have the granularity you are looking for. It is a single optical sensor at your wrist

• During an recorded activity you can have Heart Rate set up as one of your data fields where you will see your heart rate in beats per minute (BPM). When the activity is uploaded to Garmin Connect you will have a graph to look at. Debbie with Garmin
