“The time (hour of the day) shown on my Garmin Forerunner is not the actual time. How do I set it to actual time? I charge it with my desktop. The app is on my iPhone. Thanks, Sudsy”

You may need to acquire satellites or do a sync to set the time. Please go to support.garmin.com where you'll find many helpful FAQ's and video's on the functions of the device.
