Can I make calls and receive calls null

This depends almost entirely on your phone. If you have an android, you should be able to make, receive, and talk on calls with your watch so long as it is in range of your phone. On the other hand, you can only accept calls and view notifications if you are using an Apple device.

No get the Samsung watch that will do both GPS and calls.
