I feel that it should work on any Garmin GPS unit, unless it is an old one. I would go on a Garmin site and talk to a tech team about this though. It is a 3D one, and it needs to be one that can have that graphics capability. I hope it works for you. If it doesn't, keep the packaging and the receipt, and Best Buy is good about refunding your money

To view compatible traffic receivers for your device: Go to Garmin.com Locate your device model On the device's product page, click Accessories Click Traffic Receivers This will expand a list of traffic receiver accessories which are compatible with your device model. These receivers come with a lifetime traffic subscription, so no additional purchases are necessary. For more information, see Activate the Free Navteq Lifetime Traffic Subscription that Came with My GPS Device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried my GTM 60 Traffic Receive on this model. This model does not have the technology to receive HD Digital Traffic. I tried the cable on 2 models the same (2595LWT) and when you click on traffic in the settings, it mentions lifetime traffic subscription, but not the HD (DIGITAL) Traffic, just the regular Gamin Traffic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It probably will be fine, but it is always best to contact Garmin directly at 800.800.1020. That's what I did. I had an older traffic receiver that worked with my NUVI 660, but when I bought a new "Drive Assist" model, I had to get a new one. The GTM 60 is their latest and best. Their tech support is great too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Buy a used GTM 25. This model can only receive Garmin Traffic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to Garmin's website, the GMT 60 traffic receiver is compatible with the Nuvi 2595 LMT (I guess the T at the end is for traffic?) Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the GTM 60 will work with the Garmin Nuvi 2595LM, and will update the traffic conditions every 30 seconds rather than the 5 minute update intervals of the GTM 36. The faster updates could save you from driving another 5 miles and right into a traffic jam, and would alert you far faster to take the nearest exit or alternate route that the GTM 36 would not have done. They also sell an "antenna extender" to improve the signal strength and receptivity of the traffic updates to ensure the strongest signal possible is being received, as well as increasing the range of the traffic updates.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the The GTM 60™ HD Digital Traffic Receiver is compatible with the nüvi® 2595LMT. Thanks, James
