• It doesn’t monitor blood pressure, NO. I’m sure they do have one that does I just don’t know which one that is.

• The Instinct has a wrist based heart rate monitor. The Fenix 6 series has the wrist heart rate monitor with pulse oximeter. We do not have a watch that monitors blood pressure.
