“Do you must have this hard wire installed into your vehicle? (I.E. no cigarette lighter plug in?) If so, how do you hide it from being stolen? I heard you cannot choose from a variety of routes compared to Waze, as an example, is this true for this?”

• It has to be hardwired. I have mine mounted near the rear view mirror. With the tint near there, it is just barely visible during the day. I'm not sure about the multiple routes. Maybe in the app you can chose different but not with Alexa to my knowledge.

• It does plug into your cigarette but I have not seen the option to change routes.
