The hardware is very easy to install. Stick the unit to the glass and tuck the cord into the trim around the edges. Tuck the cord up under the dash ( might help to use zip ties or tape to hold it). Then just plug into the 12v outlet. I added a 12v outlet under the dash to keep the original free, but that is not required. I don’t think paying for install would be worth it.
