• No on the blood pressure, yes its water resistant, google search wrist bands and the model should bring you multiple sizes

• The device does not read blood pressure, it does have an ATM 5 water rating so you can swim and shower with it. Band size is: Fits wrists with a circumference of 125-190 mm Debbie with Garmin
