“I have set the wrong distance on my treadmill activity (put in the KM distance and should have put in MILES). How can I go in to the activity to change it to the much lower miles distance it should be?”

Go into the activity in your Garmin Connect account on your phone. Select the activity and select Edit. At the bottom of the page select Distance. You can change the distance to the correct distance and miles.
